I am glad I called Roman for help to buy a property with 1031-exchange program. The program allows just 45 days to find the investment property from the time we sell our previous one in another state. Its not too much time especially when its very hot season and everybody buying houses as hot potato. From the Day One, Roman was a great listener and honed in on what we were looking for in a house. He was always available, responsive and very patient. He had our back through the entire negotiating/buying process and earned our trust, which is not an easy thing to accomplish.
