LOOK NO FURTHER! You just found the cream of the crop. My wife and I feel we owe Brian much more than any commission could cover and we fully intend to pay him back when we permanently move down to our new beautiful property. We spent over a year looking, tried working with other agents and even lost a property due to another agent sitting on things for days. We had a difficult seller and circumstance and in the end he was able to renegotiate and save us thousands more, he took care of a last minute Sellers screw up (day of closing!) and he even attended the closing to make sure everything went as planned. If my Army buddy was not available to stand in for us at closing, we would not have even blinked to give Brian Power Of Attorney, he is that guy you immediately trust and gives you results that others can/will not.
