i used betsy to sell and purchase my homes. she is very responsive to all inquiries, and does a great job following up with other parties to push the process along. she was my go-to person to answer questions, and if they are out of her scope as a realtor, she would find out the answer from the correct entity whether it be the attorney, inspector, etc. From what i observed, she has a great relationship with everybody so they in turn were responsive to her inquiries. (Disclosure: i did use her recommended attorney, but i independently chose my home inspector). It is true that she has many clients at any given time, but i was amazed at her ability to remember details about my home as if i were her only client. she has a good grasp of what people are looking for in a home, and i felt she appropriately advised us on what needed to be fixed in order to sell our house and what not to bother with. on the purchase side, she really wanted us to find a house that fit us, not what would result in a larger commission for her. she was very honest with her opinion in a tactful way and helped us look for clues on the integrity of the house that i otherwise would not have known to look for. on many occasions, i had to bring my little ones on the house search, and she occupied their time by playing in the yard or reading books to them to allow my husband and i to walk through the house uninterrupted :) to summarize my experience in a few words: betsy took great care of us.
