I am an out-of-state real estate investor and was seeking a realtor willing to be my eyes and ears. Jon Patrick has not disappointed. Through Jon I have purchased two single family homes in Charlotte area - sight unseen. Jon drove to the properties, took videos of the surrounding neighborhoods and of the inside of the home with detailed (humorous) narration. Then he did his homework and provided me with comps and other information in order for me to make an informed decision. Once in contract, not only did he save me money during inspections, but he stood in for me during inspections reporting back to me in great detail. Additionally, he provided me with all the information required to rent my new property, including contact information for utility companies and property managers. All in all, the entire process was seamless and we closed quickly. Not only has Jon been there for me during the buying process, but also made time after the sale closed to drive to the properties to meet with contractors for necessary home improvements.Communication is also very important to me, and Jon has not disappointed there either. He is always quick to respond. His tireless efforts, integrity, honesty and great communication skills are refreshing in a world of lackadaisical R.E. agents in North Carolina.
