Dave is not only the best Realtor you'll come across, but also an amazing and caring person. As first time home-buyers, my wife and I were literally clueless about the process. We met with and interviewed several realtors before meeting Dave, and none of them could even compare to Dave. Immediately following our initial conversation with Dave, we knew he was the right realtor to guide us through the process, and we definitely were correct!Dave went above and beyond throughout the entire process, where we experienced many ups and downs in the very competitive bay area market. Off the bat, Dave introduced us to a very talented Mortgage Broker, to help work with our finances and credit to secure a loan, to lock us into a target range. From there Dave found and walked us through many homes in the Peninsula area we were looking at. The entire time, he'd explain every detail about the process and homes we were looking at, answering all the crazy questions we'd come up with as first time buyers.Dave's advice and guidance eventually led us to finding the perfect home for my wife and I to start our family. He then went and negotiated a fantastic deal for us! We love our home and are extremely grateful to Dave for everything he's done for us.
