My family recently relocated from Seattle to Pacifica and Dave was our trusted partner is finding our new house. Needless to say, we were quite nervous about moving to the San Francisco Bay Area from Seattle and we heard all of the horror stories of the real estate market in the Bay Area. On our first meeting with Dave, he immediately put us at ease and told us it would take at least a couple of trips to find a house (he was right). That first encounter with Dave was symbolic of the rest of the time we spent with him. He never tried to sugarcoat things and he was always straightforward in answering our questions. He never tried to pressure us into any of the properties we looked at and he was always patient with us. And Dave was always quick to respond to us and never left us hanging. I lost count the number of times that Dave went above and beyond in helping us find a house. In the end, we found the right house for us and we could not be happier. I would recommend Dave without any hesitation. I would also recommend working with "Dave's Team", including the loan broker he works with. The combination of Dave's Team truly made the entire process work very smoothly.

David Tapper made our home selling experience an experience we will never forget. To be honest, I was skeptical - I did not believe our house would sell, we were in the middle of a pandemic! David came in, looked at our house, made some suggestions - we needed to give it a minor facelift - i.e. floors and to redo bathrooms. When the time came to photograph the house after its makeover - we could not believe the photographs - the house looked amazing and when David placed it on the market and started taking bids - this process went way better than we had anticipated - I would like to say that even David was surprised but - no - that is the way he planned it! Our house sold so quickly - in less than a day actually! It is evident that David knows his career. He is so knowledgable about real estate - what to do, what not to do, etc. He is a true professional, possesses an air of confidence and just a genuinely nice guy all around. We made the right choice when we chose him to be our agent. From the start of the process to the end of it, David made our journey a smooth one.
