John and Cindy Farrell logged a lot of hours in the process to help us sell a difficult to move, quirky, old house. There were various complications to their selling job. The house was rented out part of the time so they had to work around the tenant's schedule and how well, or not, the house was presentable. Then the house became vacant, and maintenance issues started to appear. Also, the listing started while the housing market was still in decline so it took awhile for us to adjust to the lowering value of our house, which the Farrell's helped us through. Finally, offers started coming in, but our house was at a disadvantage in not being move-in ready. Instead, it was an opportunity for remodeling. Now, all I can say is that we are so relieved the Farrell's were able to get the sale done for us. Amazingly, they maintained a very calming and positive attitude throughout the listing time, and this was reassuring to us.
