I've simply never worked with a better realtor and real estate team ever. It took some time to sell our house, but none of the wait can be attributed to Steve and his team. He was so thorough and professional in helping me buy my first house 16 years ago, I called him back in to sell my out of that house and into a new one. We needed his optimism throughout the whole process because selling a house is stressful and can be daunting, but we especially valued his feedback when we went to look at potential houses. He was able to give us insight into each home simply from his years of experience in realty - what were potential issues, what shape or age appliances were in, what additional investments or fixes would be needed after closing in potential houses. We never felt more secure in our home visits and home choices, especially since every other realtor we came in contact with new Steve either personally or by reputation. Definitely a win for us! Finally, I can say that I'm in the house I always wanted, but we decided to move on, we'll definitely be looking for Steve to be our guy.

Steve is a phenomenal real estate agent! Having previously lived in Baltimore and recently relocated back, we were very specific in the areas we wanted to find a home. Steve was knowledgeable of not just the homes in our desired neighborhoods but also of all the community amenities and the pros/cons of different areas. He was very candid when assessing the condition and value of homes we looked at, and it felt more like house shopping with a friend or trusted advisor. When we finally found our new home, Steve and crew were excellent at navigating the home buying process with us. Specific shout out to Peter Cesarz who could not have been more attentive to our questions/concerns along the way. (I saw other reviews calling out Peter...well deserved...he is fantastic!). I could not recommend Steve and team highly enough.
