When my wife and I decided to move to Auburn from Los Angeles, we did not know any realtors in the area, nor really the areas, we looked at a few listings and the most visible realtor was Parris Krygsman.We contacted him and discussed what we were looking for, and our needs. he met us the day after Thanksgiving 2014 and we toured 5 properties. Each property we saw was very nice and it seemed that Parris really knew the area, and what we liked.That weekend, we picked a property, discussed with Parris what we thought we could get the property for and he had an acceptance that day. He understood the true value of the property and the seller's issues. We got the property for exactly what he said we should pay and had no hassles whatsoever. We had an acceptance that Sunday and closed on Christmas Eve. Parris was knowledgeable, conscientious and very helpful. I would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone looking for an agent.
