Parris Krygsman is a true teal estate professional who gets results. He instilled confidence in me the first time I met him. I was hesitant about listing given the difficulties of a pandemic and a market that might move in any direction as a result. He was clear about the adjustments that had to be made due to the concerns of contagion. He was very responsive to my needs and asked me to share the story of my home. I felt that he understood what an emotional decision selling ones home can be.One of the reasons for the success of the sale was Parris's attention to detail in staging and the professional photography that made my house stand out from other listings. He was very clear about how the home was to be prepared for showing. It made me feel that I was working with a consummate professional.Within two weeks, after extensive online marketing and interest but no showings, we had an in depth discussion about the mechanics of pricing and what we needed to do to get buyers in the door. Once that adjustment occurred, we immediately began having multiple showings and received an offer within the week. I thank him for his willingness to be honest with me. The final offer I received was for full price and I was thrilled. It was also the highest price of any home that had sold in my development to that point despite the fact that my home was smaller than other models. Parris knew exactly the type of buyer that would choose my particular home.The escrow process went without a hitch. When my wife and I decided to move to Auburn from Los Angeles, we did not know any realtors in the area, nor really the areas, we looked at a few listings and the most visible realtor was Parris Krygsman.We contacted him and discussed what we were looking for, and our needs. he met us the day after Thanksgiving 2014 and we toured 5 properties. Each property we saw was very nice and it seemed that Parris really knew the area, and what we liked.That weekend, we picked a property, discussed with Parris what we thought we could get the property for and he had an acceptance that day. He understood the true value of the property and the seller's issues. We got the property for exactly what he said we should pay and had no hassles whatsoever. We had an acceptance that Sunday and closed on Christmas Eve. Parris was knowledgeable, conscientious and very helpful. I would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone looking for an agent.
