We inquired on Zillow about this home and by luck of the draw, Ash got our lead in his Caldwell Banker office. I had heard of Ash and knew his reputation as a premier agent in the area and had walked through several of the properties he was showing over the years. This property was on the lower end of the market and for sure not a property I would have expected to see Ash represent. My wife and I were EXTREMELY satisfied with the dedication and commitment Ash provided with our purchase, which was anything but a normal transaction (more to follow). In previous sales after getting into escrow other agents handed me off to staff for day-to-day details. Not once did we deal with anyone else but Ash on this purchase. He reached out to all parties, our mortgage broker and Escrow constantly updating and moving the process forward. As mentioned, this wasn't a super high end property but I felt like he treated us like a $10M+ client. This purchase was tough...the seller had some extenuating circumstances that required patience on our part as the sellers 60+ day escrow grew to closer to 120 days at close. We contemplated backing out several times but each time Ash reassured us he would get the deal done. He ultimately hired his own counsel to work with the sellers attorney at no cost to us to help mitigate the issues with this sale. I even believe the seller asked Ash to step in on their behalf to provide help to their agent who was just not cutting it. He negotiated multiple changes to the contract on our behalf for monetary compensation for the delays in closure that were negatively impacting our position. In the end, he really was integral in making this sale happen. He didn't hand us off and tend to other more "premier property" sales. He is an expert for the area and we couldn't have been luckier having Ash on our team. He provides huge value for anyone looking for property Arcadia area and look forward to working with him in the future.
