We had a unique estate property to sell with 3 owners. DeeDee Vargas recognized it would be a tough job to find the right buyer but she was not put off. She used all of her knowledge of the area, long experience in real estate & her special talent, sheer determination, to find that special buyer & close the sale of our home. DeeDee advised us on the best approach to prepare & sell our property. Once it was ready, she provided a beautiful picture portfolio of our home & property. She manned the open houses, juggled realtors, clients & left no stone unturned to find our buyer. DeeDee is a great negotiator & was able to get us the price we wanted. During the escrow process, we had so many delays. DeeDee was steady. She kept the faith & guided us all to the finish line.Did I mention?
