I had THE BEST home buying experience with Dee Dee Vargas. I was a first time home buyer and knew very little about the process. Dee Dee took the time to go over all the things that go into buying a home with me and answered any and all my questions. During the whole process, Dee Dee was ok going at my pace and there was never any pressure from her. If I needed more time or further information she was always willing to provide it and dedicated a lot of time to making sure I was comfortable with any decisions or steps we were taking. She is always available and quick to respond to any phone call, email or text. That was amazing! Dee Dee knows the area so well that all I had to do was give her my needs/wants list and my wish list and she made it happen. I loved it. She not only found the perfect home for my daughter and I, but she found it in the neighborhood we had wished for AND for the right price! I will definitely work with her again and highly recommend her to all my friends and family.

I am a commercial fisherman in Alaska. Just before I left to go to the airport; a home became available right next to our location. My wife and I called Dee Dee, and got the ball rolling. Within a few days, Dee Dee had given us all the information on the house as well as who to get the loan from. Dee Dee fought her heart out to get us a new roof and for the sellers to pay the closing cost. I was actually in Alaska on a commercial boat talking to Dee Dee when she sealed the deal. My wife was so relieved that Dee Dee was there in my absence. A glass of champagne later on the empty houses kitchen floor and our families new journey had begun.We could have never got our dream home without Dee Dee...She is still a dear friend and always checks in from time to time to share memories.Thank God for Dee Dee Vargas xoxo
