MELISSA WAS AMAZING WITH OUR SELL & BUY!! Our sell in Apollo Beach was under contract before it even hit the market!! It gets better, Melissa was able to work her magic and we were able to stay in our house until we closed on the other house we bought!!!!. With our buy we wanted to move to the Brandon/Valrico area, she knew what we wanted and what we were looking for. On our buy we went with a VA loan, she knew it all literally and that was amazing because she knew what house was going to pass inspection and the houses that would be a potential problem. With every question she had the perfect answer. This whole entire process I thought was going to be very stressful on the contrary I mean she handled everything so smoothly in the back end from the very beginning of our sell to the very end of our buy until she sat with us at closing.
