The process of looking for a new home is daunting and painful. We took about a year to find what would come close to satisfying our requirements for a calm and relaxing environment in retirement. We first met Bobbin Tabalno during a showing of a condominium apartment. He made suggestions over the long period of months and we viewed each option via their listing portal. Each neighborhood had had its pluses and minuses. We compared our list for desired requirements and Bobbin evaluated the choices open to us according to the market availability. He encouraged us to get our finances in order and we met with a banker to discuss our financial status and secured approvals. This allowed us to determine out upper limit for making offers with some guidance from Bobbin on several homes. The bidding process with more buyers than sellers is a difficult brick wall to surmount. We believe that Bobbin's guidance was important for our final and successful acquisition of our current home. Having our offer for the home accepted by the seller, Bobbin's guidance in navigating through the escrow process to closing was very supportive. There were no surprises and the process proceeded smoothly. Bobbin's advance for getting our finances in order and obtaining bank mortgage approvals shortened the process of loan underwriting and escrow very significantly to under 30 days. We were very appreciative of Bobbin's abilities as a communicator and level of professionalism at guiding the successful purchase of a home residence.
