When I first started my move to Texas from Oklahoma in 2022 I had no luck from January to April I reached out to multiple rental organizations and realtors and got no response. Until May of 2022 Ivey gave me a call back! He was quick to ask when's the soonest I can make it down to the metroplex and check some listings out. The following week I was down on the search with Ivey. I soon found out that without a current job in Texas I wouldn't be able to find a house to buy, so Ivey went out of his way to help me find a rental. Stayed at my rental until early 2023 and then around that time let Ivey know that it was time to buy and within a month he had found me the home I wanted! He checked and verified the history of the builder to make sure it was a good builder to work with and then "BOOM!" Everything went smoothly and now I'm living in my beautiful home thanks to Ivey! My family, friends and myself will only work with Ivey in the future for home-buying ventures! Absolute best Agent you'll find in the DFW metro!
