Kristi was so awesome! She recently helped my fiancA(C)'s sister buy a house so we also decided to go through her and I am very happy and feel fortunate that we were able to meet her. She was able to get us into our dream home, that seemed almost like it would be impossible for us to achieve. Thankfully she was so knowledgeable through every step of the way and made our dream turn into a reality. During these stressful time's, she did everything she possibly could to make hour house buying process as stress-free as she could. She was very quick to communicate with us during everything that was happening with negotiations, got us a killer deal and was able to get the seller to pay for certain things, and was looking out for us every step of the way and letting us know things to keep an eye out for and would bring up some of her own concerns. Kristi Durrant is the reason that I have the house I am in now. I don't know that another agent would have been able to get everything done that Kristi did. Long Story short, the seller did not know how much was owed on the house and in the process of closing the loan it was found that the bank was owed more than the sale of the house would provide. Kristi was able to get the selling agent, the loan officer and her agency to reduce the commissions due them to come up with the difference and keep the house from going into a lengthy short-sale negotiation with the bank. We needed the house immediately. I was working under the stress of getting married and finding a home to blend eight children at the time, so Kristi's efforts were invaluable. We continue to be blessed by her willingness to go above and beyond what anyone would have expected from her.
