First-time home buyer here. Mid-20's professional. Had Judy come highly recommended by my manager, and I'm very grateful he picked her! She was awesome to work with. She brings a high level of experience in the market, but also does a great job of explaining everything. Highly flexible and extremely responsive. Judy does a great job of listening to what you want, helping you prioritize it, and then speaking frankly about what you can get and where. After we level set on what I wanted to be in and where, we got right after it. We lined up a number of showings over the course of the week, and we found the one! She was great in the negotiating process and her experience showed there. She also has great contacts for your other needs in the home buying process i.e. lender, inspection, title. After she recommended someone, I would go online and do research to see how they've done in the past and how competitive they were price wise. They all fit the bill and were very easy to work with. I heard a lot of horror stories from people about buying a home, and I can say I was a little worried because mine was so easy! Judy was great to work with. Could not recommend her more highly.
