???????? I rarely rate any good or service five stars. I reserve five stars for something of true excellence and quite simply in todays marketplace true excellence is a rarity. Christine gets a solid ??????????!!!!! We happened upon Christine through Zillow, and she reached out instantly. We explained our situation, part of which was that we were in no hurry, but when we found what we were looking for we would be ready to move very quickly. Christine found us properties to look at both virtually and in person on multiple visits to the area, each time learning more about our likes/dislikes, and providing better curated options. When she emailed us with a new listing, it fit our parameters perfectly , and within days we had our offer accepted and a signed purchase contract. Next step, selling our current home and Christine shifted gears, listed the property, which culminated in a quick sale. Throughout the entire process Christine provided guidance which proved accurate, communication which was timely beyond a fault, and a constant cheerfulness which made both the purchase and sale process enjoyable, even when a potential sale fell through.
