My Fiance and I started our house search with Stephanie in the late fall of 2016. We were both first time home buyers. She started by allowing us to discuss what we wanted in a house, and what were our concerns and limitations. She was absolutely wonderful in sticking to our budget and location requirements, as well as explaining things that first time home buyers may not know. We began to look at houses shortly after she started to send us listings, and Stephanie was always on time for these appointments, helpful in noticing key features of homes, and more. She truly has a keen eye for detail. She was always available for us at the times we requested, even when it was less than 24 hours in advance. When we were ready to put in our offer, she gave us her honest opinions and concerns, which truly helped us to feel comfortable with the purchase, She was constantly recommending wonderful people to help us, such as an insurance agent, inspector, well inspector, and more. When we finally got to closing, she was fully equipped with a card, a hug, and even more useful information such as who to call and when about electricity, water, sewage, and other utilities. We could not be more thankful for having such a kind, knowledgeable, and patient realtor to help us find and buy our first home.
