From beginning to end, Patti was absolutely amazing to work with. I cannot thank her enough for the time and care she took in a difficult and somewhat complicated situation selling my mothers house. Initially, the house was to be sold to help pay for her to go into assisted living; however she passed before then, and we had to shift gears to deal with probate, wills, trusts and anything else that could be thrown in the mix--remotely--as I live in NH... She is extremely knowledgeable, resourceful, conscientious and dedicated. Her communication and organizational skills are fantastic and all done with grace, realism and humor. If there was something she didnt know, she would find the person who did. She helped facilitate an estate sale as well as made sure the house was secure and maintained right up until the moment it was sold. Time-after-time Patti went above and beyond to make sure everything was running smoothly, professionally and compassionately.
