We all at one time or another have had a need to find a realtor to help you sell your home or purchase a home.The difficult part of the very beginning of this process is to find a realtor who has all the qualities you need to fulfill this, and this is where most of your problems begin with your decision as to which realtor to place your trust and faith in.Our decision was clear from the beginning of meeting Diane Reeley! We had our home for sale by owner, which in realtor terms is ASKING FOR TROUBLE! Most home owners are just looking for a way to make more in selling their home themselves and saving the realtor fees! WE WERE ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE! We both wereRealtors, so we knew what the procedures were, the forms, the advertising, the open houses, the dragging people through our beautiful home at open houses, and hoping one would buy our home, only to be disappointed week after week!Then one day, Diane Reeley showed up at our home, ringing the bell and asked if she could show our home to a prospective buyer she was working withaEUR|aEUR|aEUR|well we at first were skeptical as being realtors know all the ins and outs (we thought) of how to get a FSBO to show their home and hopefully get their listing aEUR" BOY WERE WE WRONG!Diane really did have a buyer, and we agreed verbally to allow her to show it and we would pay a commission!As it turned out the buyer came but our home was not the home for themaEUR|aEUR|but we knew immediately these were the kind of realtors we would want to sell our home.They were HONEST, PUNCTUAL, KNOWLEDGABLE, FRIENDLY, and just about every other adjective you could think of!Diane and Wyatt brought through our home several people, but no one loved it to buy it! But we knew that we were going to list our home, and it would be with Diane and her husband! So here we were, listing the home and hoping they would do their wonders!BOY DID THEY! They held our home open on a continual basis, gave us (YES US REALTORS WHO ARE RETIRED) top tips on what attracts the buyers eye upon entering our home!!!IT WORKED!!! Our home was under contract aEUR" now, this is the hard part, will all the pieces fall into place for us to go to the closing table to get the check???Well thanks to Diane and Wyatt, everything worked, and we were kept informed and up to date almost on a daily basis of the process, where we were with the sale, what was next, how things looked, just like a realtor SHOULD, but this was Diane, she did things like we did them when we were active realtorsaEUR|aEUR|none of those horror stories, no nail biting, we could trust them, they were on their game, they knew the answers we needed but we did not have to do the phone calling to get them, our phone actually rang with them on the phone telling us and keeping us up to date. THIS IS SOMETHING ALL REALTORS SHOULD DO, BUT MOST DO NOT!We are looking to buy in Viera, and they have been with us and showed us down here and we know the process will be as pleasant as the sale of our home was! YES, they drive down to VIERA to show us homes!!!As of today, we have not found the perfect home for us, but we know we can rely on Diane and Wyatt to make this a wonderful transaction as well!We can recommend the Diane and Wyatt to anyone who has any real estate need, as agents like them are in demand, and unfortunately not all agents have the same energy and desire and compassion as they do!I would like to recommend that the broker(s) of their firm, have them confess as to what they do that makes people so happy, but, I believe he already knows the answer, and is probably wondering how he can make all the sellers and buyers feel as strong about their transaction and their realtors, as we do!
