After asking for personal recommendations and searching through many online reviews, we saw and heard nothing but great things about John Huhn. We agreed that we would give him a shot. We made the call and got things started. Little did we know, we would be forced to buy our house site unseen due from more than 3000 miles away. John stepped up and assured us that he would be our boots on the ground. He went above and beyond what most realtors would do, including entering a crawl space to take pictures so we could do serious research on a repair before the sellers finalized the project. He spent hours on the phone with us talking through everything, sharing pictures and video, and answering every question we had. He showed us every flaw in the home to make sure we felt comfortable with all of its charm. He promised that he would never sell us a home that he would not be willing to live in himself. There is no doubt in our minds that he would break that promise! We all sort of felt weird when it got to the point that we did not need to speak daily, even John said so. :) We will forever be grateful for everything John did to help us purchase our new home! This has been the best buying experience of all time!
