My wife and I have much experience buying and selling multiple homes through many prior years, but Bethe both completely educated us and led us through our sale with her. I learned much from her on focusing our final pre-sale improvements to yield a faster and higher net profit sale, as well as on specific staging techniques in every part of the house to put the best possible light in both the listing photos and potential buyers visits. While our inexperienced buyers negotiated aggressively and at times without a reasonable basis, Bethe helped us enormously through every step of this complex and occasionally rocky road. This was true even after we moved out of state, and Bethe took care of some things in our absence, and on final actions that still had to happen after Bethe had already received her full fee for this sale. That fee was a great investment which paid off in a selling price another realtor had said was impossible to achieve, and a closing date exactly when we wanted. We could not recommend Bethe more highly; she is a consummate professional and a great asset in one of the most important transactions of our lives.
