We had a great experience working with Lailla Moran to find our wonderful house. The process was not without its challenges, but Lailla did a fantastic job of getting past the bumps in the road to where we wanted to go. As first time home buyers, our knowledge of the process was little in the beginning and we were very anxious at first, but Laillas reassurance and patient explanations about what to expect helped us to relax and maintain a positive perspective. Her optimism eased our worries even when things did not go as we thought they would. We looked at many properties that were what we thought we wanted (but were not as we found out in the end) and were a little frustrated at times, but Lailla worked hard figure out what we needed when we were struggling. She helped us find what we were looking for and helped us realize our dream. She was very professional and knowledgeable about not only the process, but also the market and properties. We always knew Lailla would take care of things so we had no need to worry. We absolutely recommend Lailla Moran. Everyone deserves to have as good a home buying experience as we did.

We have done 2 home transactions through Lailla. First, she represented us as buyers. She was very helpful in finding houses for us to look at and also helpful in getting us to realize exactly what we wanted. She provided good information throughout that process and kept us informed as things moved along.Secondly, Lailla listed our old house to be sold. She thoroughly explained the entire process and the costs associated with selling our house. She did an excellent job taking photos and writing the description for the listing. Several open houses were held, and we always got a report as to how many people came through and any feedback they provided while looking. Ultimately she guided us through the negotiation process with the buyer and got us a fair price. She was there every step of the way to answer questions in a timely fashion.I would recommend Lailla as either a buyer or seller agent to any of my friends.
