We worked with Matt for 8 months to find our house. We looked at so many houses I have forgotten most of them and each time Matt was quick to respond, quick to set up an appointment for us even if he has personal plans, and never tried to persuade us in to a home we were not happy with. At the end of every showing he would ask what we liked, did not like and had questions about for the property. Matt would answer our questions honestly whether it was what we wanted to hear or not. If he did not know the answer he would get it for us in a timely manner. We have relocated 9 times with the company I work for and needless to say we have had plenty of experience with realtors and Matt is one of the best we have worked with. He always looked out for us and would Inform us if the opportunity was a good one or not. My wife and I trust Matt and consider ourselves lucky to have crossed paths with Matt. He has always taken care of us and for that we are grateful. We think of Matt as a close friend and not a realtor for us.
