Corey Kelly recently helped us purchase our first home and our dream home. We literally could not have done it without him. My husband and I could not say enough good things about him! Shelby delivered the best Realtor experience of the eight homes I have sold during my lifetime. She guided me through the entire process from referring me to the contractors I needed to do pre-listing home improvements and remodeling that optimized my sale price. Her responsiveness to my questions, texts, and phone calls through the listing, showing, sale, and closing process kept me informed. After listing, I moved to Savannah, and left the entire showing, sales contract, and closing in Shelby's hands as well as managing the repairs of failed inspection items for me. This involved coordinating with and providing access to contractors making these repairs. This required 4 to 6 trips plus time spent monitoring the repairs and keeping me informed of progress. Shelby's professional integrity and commitment to service won my trust to the point I authorized her to sign on my behalf at the actual closing, any process documents that may have required my signature.
