She was professional, very knowledgeable of the area I was interested in and understood immediately what what we wanted when described. Was always super patient being that I was a first time home owner. Explained the whole process to me (multiple times sometimes since I always needed clarification). Made me feel comfortable with her and with the process. Always kept us 100% informed of every thing and current status on the daily basis or as the status changed. Always had a positive attitude and kept me calm being 9 months pregnant and super hormonal. What was even more impressive is that after we told Isis what we were looking for, our dream home ended up being the one we locked in on just the first viewing. She represents your organization very well and I am certain anyone that is actually serious and wants to buy a home will have an excellent experience with her.
