I am a first time home buyer and came into this process very nervous. I'd seen all of the TV shows and simply didn't know what to expect. After meeting with Steph for the first time, she calmed all of my fears and assured me that she'd take care of everything for me to make this a stress-free experience. She was absolutely right. Steph was always extremely available (text, call, e-mail), made appointments right away to see homes, and was very involved during the visits. Many realtors I'd been with when I was younger (when my parents were home searching) were very hands-off. Upon entering a home, Steph would immediately make note of things that I might not have otherwise noticed. She would comment on the price point, resale value, neighborhood, and overall home quality. During negotiations, she was very proactive and explained things to me from the point of view of the seller and what I could anticipate. This helped me come to more realistic expectations and ultimately helped in negotiations on both the price and repairs. After all was said and done, Steph did so many things behind the scenes to ensure her initial promise to me: making this a stress-free experience. She is extremely excited about what she does and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Steph to any prospective home buyers and sellers.

My husband and I were looking for a very specific type of house, and for over six months we house-hunted (at the rate of a few houses a month) with Stephanie.
