Marie Owczarzak was very quick to see my apartment building and list it within one day of my calling her to list it. I was in Calumet City for a week attending my Brothers Funeral ;having travel from my home in Hawaii. First she was so consolling for my loss and showed me she was interested in my human needs First and Foremost. She was so courteous and always available to meet with me when I needed to see Marie the week I waa in town. She was so professional yet so pleasing to be around and could not do enough to help me sell the apartment in the middle of winter ; with me back in my Hawaii home.. She traveled to show the apartment in snow and cold.. No excuses with Maria about getting the prospective buyers to see the building on their schedule. What amazing decication to Me and her Realtor** She sold our Apartment within 6 weeks in a very poor Market and in a difficult area to sell anything.
