My husband and I have worked with a few realtors in the Fox Valley now, never having the greatest experience. A friend highly recommended working with Danielle ? our opinions on realtors have completely changed since then. We consider Danielle to be a friend now, not just our realtor. She quickly caught on to our style, needs, and wants. She could handle our typical marriage banter and was phenomenal with our young children. She genuinely listened to us, was always on time, NEVER pushy or felt salesy, and would quickly follow-up on any questions we had. We?re also planning on building in the future, and she was an excellent resource to have while interviewing builders. She always came prepared and organized with the facts. She made everything so easy to understand ? we learned a lot throughout this process. We?re going to miss our chats and life advice during showings. She does a great job staging. Our house was sold in less than a weekend with multiple offers over asking. She?s a workhorse! In a nutshell, we would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone with realty needs. We honestly have nothing negative to say about Danielle. It?s been an emotional housing rollercoaster ride over the past couple years, and we couldn?t have imagined doing it with anyone else. It?s crazy to say it but working with Danielle has been life changing. I could write a book about the greatness of Danielle Hart, but you?ll just have to experience it for yourself!
