We recently relocated for work. Trying to buy a house from over 9 hours away is daunting when you dont know the ins and outs of the area, and could have been incredibly stressful when housing inventory is limited. When we decided to start seriously home shopping (after a couple months of browsing on our own), we called her based the recommendation from a friend who lived in the region. Danielle was professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with from start to finish! Over the next couple of weeks, thanks to technology and Danielles willingness, we were able to look at several homes in the Fox Valley remotely. She gave us great feedback about each house we saw, including what sort of repairs we might be looking at along with the ins and outs of each neighborhood and school district which was very important to us with young kids. She also gave us guidance about how much we could expect each house to sell for, which was especially helpful given the limited inventory available at the time and how competitive the Fox Valley was! Once we found a house we were interested in, Danielle helped us negotiate an offer within a couple of days, and we had a signed contract pending on onsite inspection by my wife and I in short order. Keep in mind this was all done remotely!! Throughout the inspection and closing process, Danielle kept everything running on track and made it so we didn't have to worry about any of the details. She was very responsive whenever we had questions, and we relied a lot on her experience throughout our move! Danielle was absolutely wonderful to work with! She is passionate about real estate and incredibly knowledgeable about the Fox Valley and we would not hesitate to recommend her or use her again in the future if we ever move within the valley!!

Danielle and I have been acquaintances for many years but I didn?t have the need for a local realtor until recently, so when the time came, I didn?t hesitate to contact her. Unfortunately, I was looking for a house right smack dab in the middle of a seller?s market so that made things much more difficult since houses that were listed didn?t last long. She replied immediately to my initial inquiry and was soon building a master plan to find the right house for me. Danielle asked me many detailed questions about what I was looking for and soon had several searches setup to immediately report any new listings. We soon built a ?top 10? list and she set aside, on short notice, a whole day to take me around the Fox Valley to visit the selected houses. She even offered to take me around on the Sunday before Labor Day to speed up the process if needed. The day we visited the houses on the list, Danielle came prepared with surveys for me to fill out on the pros/cons of each house and a cooler of snacks to get us through the long day! After that day, I decided on a house and Danielle was quick to get the process going and have the offer submitted that night. There was a bit of a back and forth between the seller and myself but Danielle was there every step of the way and we quickly settled any differences and got the offer accepted. The rest of the closing process was pretty quick and easy thanks to Danielle, and I was soon closing on my new house. Lets face it, buying (or selling) a house is not fun. It?s a nerve-wracking endeavor that puts a heavy weight on your shoulders. I cant recommend Danielle enough to anyone who is in the market to buy or sell a house in the Fox Valley. She truly cares about your needs and goes out of her way to ensure that weight on your shoulders is no longer an issue.
