I had never chosen a realtor based on Zillow reviews but, gosh, I'm so glad I did. One of the reasons I chose Diane Keane is that the word "patient" was used in a few reviews here, and I thought that might be a quality I was going to require in a realtor-- I thought it may take me some time to find the perfect second home in Delray Beach. As it turned out I was able to make a decision pretty quickly and in only one trip to Delray Beach, partly because Diane was so prepared for my visit and really listened to me about what I at least thought I wanted. Of course what I thought I wanted had to dovetail with what inventory was available combined with more information about neighborhoods and location, ably provided by Diane. (I was particularly interested in being able to walk to the restaurants and shops downtown.) After the contract was signed Diane continued to be involved and helped to facilitate the loan approval process as much as she possibly could. Heck, she even ran an errand for me (regarding setting up sewer and water with the town) AFTER closing. Anyway, I could keep going with this glowing review but I will just finish by saying that she's the very best!
