I first called Annie to see if she would show me a house that she had listed in New Britain. She was a complete stranger to me at this time. After she provided me a tour of the house she had listed, she kindly explained the many great reasons why I should not purchase the house. This is how I knew she was an honest person! She offered to help me with my home search. I continued my house search with Annie. I was under contract to buy one house, and I backed out after the home inspection. Annie was patient and completely understanding. She was never pushy; she genuinely wanted what was best for me. She even shared my excitement as a first time home buyer. She explained everything thoroughly and clearly. She was able to provide information and advice about various steps in the home buying process. She was always responsive and pleasant. I would definitely recommend Annie to others in search of a new home!
