As a first-time home seller who had a lack-luster experience with the agent we used to buy our house, we did our research to find the agent that was best for us. Things we were looking for were: positive reviews, communication skills, availability, knowledge of our neighborhood and the market, and willingness to field all of our questions. Minnette was everything we knew, and didn't know, we needed. She came highly recommended by co-workers and we only found positive information about her on the internet. We were initially impressed when she responded to my first inquiry late in the evening on the weekend. Working a full time job, it was important that the person we chose to work with was available outside of "banker's house." She walked us through the selling process step by step and came prepared with a plan. Then the COVID-19 pandemic hit. Even during these crazy times, she maintained her professionalism and commitment to us and our home. As we prepared our home for staging and selling, she gave us multiple recommendations to increase our curb appeal and the interior of the home. We took most of her recommendations, but not all, and she didn't push us to complete them all, which we appreciated. When listing our home, she maximized every avenue she could and took beautiful pictures. We were under contract in 4 days! Additionally, she helped us with negotiations and communication over the next month and a half as we experienced issues with the buyer of our home. It was also very apparent she is known and respected by other agents in the area. Furthermore, when addressing items prior to listing and found in the inspector's report, she was able to provide multiple recommendations for individuals/companies to assist us. We were so pleased with Minnette and know you will be too!
