When we first looked into buying a house, Andy was the selling agent for the first one we looked at. We didn't have a realtor before then, but did by the time we were done looking at the house! He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the short sale we originally bid on - and told us when we should just let it go (which worked in our favor anyway!) Andy was very helpful in finding us houses, and taking us to see houses we found ourselves. He was flexible with our schedule, and great with our girls when we brought them along. We looked at houses all over the place, and he was always willing to go. The house we bought was one Andy recommended we see while we were down the road looking at another property. Even after we had been settled for a few months, he called to make sure we were enjoying the house, and that everything was going well. I recommend him to everyone I know that is buying or selling a house!
