I can't say enough about my home-buying experience with Dan by my side. I was looking at houses for a good two months before I found the one I loved--Dan never rushed me, he knew the right houses to show me based on my needs, and he was very informative the entire time. When I finally decided on a home, Dan was there to explain every step along the way and to guide me through the ups and downs. There were a few bumps along the way (with the house itself), but Dan was right there fighting for me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He's definitely someone you want on your side!The one thing about Dan that truly sets him apart from any other professional I've worked with (in any industry, really) is that he is QUICK to respond! Whenever I had a question all I had to do was call, and he'd drop whatever he was doing to find me an answer. If I needed to send him a text, he always responded within minutes, sometimes seconds. He really makes you feel like you're his priority.So if you're looking for a new home, do yourself a huge favor and go with Dan--you'll be thankful you did!
