Shane Smith was very helpful and attentive in the purchasing process of our first home. Shane has a construction background which was very useful in pointing out structural strengths and weaknesses. Shane?s response time was very timely and in most cases immediate. Our area is currently very competitive and Shane was able to set up viewings at our earliest convenience. There was one occasion where Shane was unavailable to meet us for a viewing, but Amy was present in his place. Amy is also extremely knowledgeable and experienced. She paid attention to details and was able to anticipate questions before we had to ask. Shane was very patient with us and he seemed to be just as determined as we were in buying a new house, without being too pushy or encouraging us to make any decisions we weren?t comfortable with. Shane provided us with his experience and opinion on offering bids upon our request. I am 100% confident that we found our dream home, with all our must haves, and for a great price too!
