We really lucked out and are so thankful Corey was our realtor. As first time home buyers, Corey was incredibly informative and really made sure that we understood what was going on throughout the house search and buying process. After we terminated the sales agreement for the first home we were interested due to some defects an inspection revealed, and the mortgage company that was initially going to finance the purchase of our condo fell through at the last minute due to their guidelines, Corey wasted no time in making sure we remained on track. He had us set up with a different mortgage company within 24 hours, and things with the second company could not have gone better. Without Coreys insight and connections through the various stages of the house buying process, we would likely sill be frustrated and searching for our first home. We could honestly not be happier with our experience with Corey, and strongly recommend him if you are looking for a realtor who will communicate with you throughout the process, promptly respond to any questions or concerns you may have, and just be a very pleasant person to work with.
