We meet Rebecca over two years ago at some Downsizing & Selling Your Home seminar. Having designed and built our home back in 1985, raising our two children thru middle school, high school, & college, then having six grandchildren spend countless holidays and vacations in the house, I was very reluctant to sell, buy and move. But, because of medical issues it was time. As a retired Architect, I was very picky about what I wanted in a new house. Rebecca was so patient with me. Months of multiple viewings finally resulted in a house acceptable to me. She smoothly guided us through the purchase with her extremely helpful mortgage company recommendation. She then sold our home in a matter of a couple of weeks ore less. When that deal fell thru, she turned around and resold it in less than two days, for the full asking price and an earlier closing date. Her recommendations for the mortgage company and the moving company were top of he line. Her patience and commitment to doing the very best thing for us was truly a blessing to us. I hope I never have to buy, sell, or move again, BUT if I do, Rebecca will be the only agent I use and/or recommend to anyone I care about,who might be looking for a real estate agent. She is, without a doubt, EXCEPTIONABLE!!

My husband and I have spent most of our adult lives in San Diego. In the spring of 2020, in the height of the pandemic, he was offered a great job opportunity in Pittsburgh. Neither of us had ever been to Pittsburgh which made planning a cross-country move rather difficult. We didn?t know where would we live, how we would find a home in a city we?ve never been to (and while was the world was shut down), what neighborhood would meet our needs - the questions were endless. As first time home buyers we had no idea how to start or what the home buying process looked like, let alone from across the country. Then came the challenge of managing home inspections out-of-state and finding reliable contractors in a city where we didn?t know a single person. Rebecca Church eased these concerns and answered all of these questions for us. Through late night phone calls (3 hour time difference in California), emails, and zoom video chats Rebecca informed us of neighborhoods that met our requests, provided us with lists of homes for sale in those neighborhoods, and when the time came, arranged for visiting multiple open houses in a very short time period. With our jobs, we only had 36 hours over the weekend to visit Pittsburgh to attend open houses and find our home. Rebecca was able to arrange this for us on short notice, spending her weekends to show us around Pittsburgh. When we finally put an offer in on our home, Rebecca walked us through the whole process, step by step and we were able to complete the closing within 30 days from San Diego! We felt so comfortable with Rebecca and knew we could trust her throughout this experience. Her expertise and guidance were invaluable. We?ve now been here in our new house for 4 months (i can?t believe it?s been that long!) and are nearing completion of making this house our home. We love our town, our neighborhood, and couldn?t be more thankful to Rebecca for all she did to help us through our relocation and first time home buying process. A scary, uncertain, very stressful time ended up being a manageable and exciting adventure, for that we will be forever grateful.
