I would highly recommend Frank Altamuro -- five stars in every category. My elderly mother was selling her house and Frank was attentive to every detail. I was the main point of contact, and Frank was always responsive to my mother's needs and my concerns--including establishing a routine for showing the house, alerting both my mother and myself to each and every showing. His knowledge of the local market was impressive. When we were discouraged Frank encouraged us not to give up. In the end, it was Frank who supervised the "bidding war" that finally occurred--3 different parties bidding on the house. He also used his negotiation skills and saved us a great deal of angst and some money in addressing the buyer's inspection concerns. When I have another house to sell--maybe my own, I will definitely contact Frank. He made a very stressful situation almost pleasant! Thanks Frank.
