I wanted to express my gratitude to Naseem Faria to helping me purchase a wonderful property in Mountain View. I cannot say enough about her but simply she helped me to negotiate a deal and I convinced that I got the property at less than market price. Absolutely AMAZING!Naseem took time to understand what I was looking for and didnt bombard me with emails or calls trying to get me to make an offer on something that wasnt right for me. She also gave me attention when I brought properties to her attention that I thought might be a good fit and helped me to understand if it would be or more importantly why the property wasnt worth pursuing.When we did find a place she brainstormed with me on an appropriate offer, one counter and helped me to get the house even though I was the lowest offer!! I know that this wouldnt have happened without Naseem.She stuck with me during the closing process and subsequently helped me to find a general contractor who has done a fantastic job for me.In summary I absolutely recommend Naseem if you want someone with tremendous business acumen and will completely represent your interests to get you what you want at the best possible price.
