Kathy is a uniquely well qualified, highly intelligent, unflappable real estate professional, with a strong motivational desire to exceed our expectations. She went above and beyond before we even came to CA from NY, where she did remote showings of houses that fit our specs. She independently looked at our home we were selling to get a feel for our taste etc. Her communication skills are exceptional-she's down to earth, highly articulate and effectively expresses herself verbally and in writing, with a good sense of humor as well; importantly, she is insightful enough to understand the language of her prospects or customers and perceptive enough to communicate in their terms. Her indirect and direct probing skills are highly effective, as well as her listening and responding persuasive. She thinks and thought outside of the box to direct us to Palm Desert we never would have considered had it not been for her suggestion to look here. Importantly, she is extremely knowledgeable and was clear with all of the voluminous documents we had to sign. Moreover, she is honest and direct as a pro of the highest integrity and character, where she maintained the highest business ethics and represented her company without compromise, while working persistently focused on meeting our needs. The only flaw in her otherwise stellar performance was that she took a week-long vacation during the escrow, and no agent can be as effective when on vacation. However, I don't think she should be penalized for taking time off, assuming it was arranged in advance, and considering the final outcome. Overall her quick action and responsible responsiveness enabled us to see the house ahead of anyone else and ultimately to acquire it before any competition showed up.
