Shari Hooks is an amazing agent to have by your side. She is extremely attentive and goes above and beyond to meet her client's needs. She helped us sell our home during the holidays for full price. She has earned our highest recommendation and we would use her again without hesitation. When we met Shari and told her that we needed to move to California by the first of the year, Shari started the discussion by asking us what we wanted out of the sale, and what our priorities were. She then presented a strategy to position the house for a timely sale for a good price. We liked her ideas and followed her advice. She staged the house, worked on every aspect of preparation, prepped the realtor network with information about the house prior to it coming on the market, and had the house ready to show. There was a lot of interest during the first open house, and there were showings before and after. Bottom line, her strategy resulted in a full price offer two days after the first open house and we closed on time. Her understanding of the market and the best way to approach a sale is excellent. We recommend her without reservation as the realtor who will provide a smart approach and diligently work to sell you house.
