Eric is a genuine good person and is a tireless agent. he assisted us with every detail along the way and the people he referred us to for inspections, etc. were all a pleasure to deal with and professional - from termite treatment to radon remediation, from home inspection to septic pumping, Eric knows the right people to call who do good honest work. We don't ever plan on moving again, as Eric really helped us get into our dream home... But if lightening strikes (fingers crossed it doesn't hit the house), and we ever sell and move, Eric will be the first person we call for both sides of the transaction. It was refreshing to work with such an honest person during a process where you often feel overwhelmed. Eric made it all right.
