The search and purchase of a new home can be incredibly stressful, but with Eric as our agent, it became a pleasure. We always felt we were in good hands and could trust him on any number of issues. Eric's practical knowledge is very impressive when it comes to the hardware aspects of handling a home (i.e. septic systems, heating units). On the "software" side, he had great ideas of what to do with spaces in the houses we looked at to make them more appealing and efficient. He has an incredible store of knowledge about his community and you get the feeling that he loves what he does - which makes things go so much better. We had a few bumps along the road, and Eric was always there to handle them. He is not at all flashy or pushy, and he gets the job done with quiet dedication and the utmost respect for his clients. I would not go to anyone else if ever in the need of another real estate agent.

We recently had the opportunity to have Eric work with us in both capacities As our selling agent, he worked tiredsly to get our house sold in an extreamly timly manner. Eric offered minor home improvement tips to help our house seem more presentable, and curb side friendly. We felt like we had our own HGTV team! As our buying agent, Eric was outstanding! His knowledge of New London County (where we wanted to buy) was to say the least extremely impressive. My husband and I presented Eric with a list of our must have's in a home. The list we presented him was complicated and included everything from location, educational opportunities for our children, to number of fireplaces! His effort was nothing less than tenacious! Eric Engdall did not find us a house, he found us our home! A home where my husband had the kitchen that he wanted, my son had the bedroom that he needed, my daughter had the finshed basement that was on her list, and a home where I had my two fireplaces. He was very helpful with looking at the houses at the times that was good for us, helping us with choosing the right house, making one offer that was perfect for us to which they agreed, without going back and forth. At the home inspection he knew what the inspector has to look for in this specific house and through the closing process. He is professional and the best!!
