I recently worked with Paul to buy my first home in San Lorenzo. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Paul was dedicated to finding me the perfect home within my budget. He was incredibly helpful and informative throughout my experience; hes very easy to work with and walked me through every step along the way. I didn't know the first thing about this process and Paul gave me great advice and guidance throughout my search. I never felt rushed or pressured into anything; I could tell that he genuinely wanted to help me find something that suited my style and budget. I truly felt like he cared and that I was more than just a sale to him. Even after the close of escrow, he continued to answer my questions, run errands, and provide help. If that's not a sign of an agent that truly cares, I don't know what is! I would recommend him to anyone I know and I would definitely use him again to buy or sell any type of property. He knows his stuff.

Wow. Just Wow! It felt as if we didn't have to do anything! The homes I had saved turned out not to be as expected. Paul was amazing, almost reading my mind and found us the perfect home. I'm exuberantly looking forward to our move in date! We found our home two weeks before we thought we were 'ready'. He knew our concerns and was always prepared, putting to rest any of our anxieties. We had a budget and quite happily Paul knew what issues a home may have had that was and what not in our budget to fix. He refused to get us in a home that was not in our best interest to buy, despite outside appearances. Paul is an exceptional person, an even better realtor.The process from looking to closing was so streamlined I had just barely started to pack when we were called in to sign papers and close that next day.Paul is the best realtor and has only his clients concerns as his concerns. I honestly feel like I was a long time best friend whom he was helping find a home.
