Dedicated, hardworking, and AMAZING agent!! . The reason me and my husband were able to buy the specific house we wanted (contingent on the sale of our house) was because of Paul. From our very first phone call and walk through of our house a day later he told us what to expect and didn't sugar coat the amount of work it was going to be. Paul DELIVERED! He knew the market inside and out and the competition we were going to be up against. He presented us with a strategy and made sure we were on board every step of the way. He did the behind the scenes prep work and had people interested before the house even hit the market and offers on it the night before the open house. Paul genuinely cared about our goals and concerns, taking the time to understand the unique features of our home (every room was painted a wild color) and crafted a personalized strategy that showcased its strengths. Additionally, me and my husband had never sold a home before, the real estate jargon was daunting but Paul patiently guided us through the complexities, explaining each detail with clarity. I recently worked with Paul to buy my first home in San Lorenzo. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Paul was dedicated to finding me the perfect home within my budget. He was incredibly helpful and informative throughout my experience; hes very easy to work with and walked me through every step along the way. I didn't know the first thing about this process and Paul gave me great advice and guidance throughout my search. I never felt rushed or pressured into anything; I could tell that he genuinely wanted to help me find something that suited my style and budget. I truly felt like he cared and that I was more than just a sale to him. Even after the close of escrow, he continued to answer my questions, run errands, and provide help. If that's not a sign of an agent that truly cares, I don't know what is! I would recommend him to anyone I know and I would definitely use him again to buy or sell any type of property.
