We couldn't recommend Karen more highly. We were selling a large home in Boylston that had been built by a highly reputable builder from Shrewsbury. Karen guided us through the preparation process and gave great advice. The brochure and website she prepared were of high quality and very professional. She was very savvy in the various outlets used to market the house. We had a difficult buyer and challenging negotiation process. The buyer was not represented by a broker so that layer of communication was absent, karen was the sole conduit for information, covering inspections, etc. Karen is so experienced and straight-shooting, that we completely trusted her throughout this process. We interviewed three other realtors before making our selection. Karen's experience and the association with Coldwell Banker were the tipping points.

We knew even before listing our house that we would call Karen as her experience with the Northborough market is extensive . When we were ready, we met with Karen to discuss pricing and what we needed to do to keep the house looking great for potential buyers. Based on Karen's advice we got the house on the market early in March and had a buyer almost immediately. Karen also guided us through the buying process and again, she listened to our needs and took us to several communities to look at available properties. Once we found our next home, Karen was skillful in negotiating on our behalf and helped us navigate the process of obtaining a home inspection and finding other contractors that we needed.
