I cannot say enough what a life saver Betsy has been for us! We had the daunting task of trying to sell our house in the middle of winter while juggling a new baby, new jobs and relocation to a new city. Betsy truly went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible for us AND she got our house sold in under 60 days! She personally came to the house and coordinated repairs, carpet cleaning, yard clean-up, snow removal... so much more than we ever could have asked for. Getting the house sold at this time of year is never easy and she did everything possible to get as many people aware and in the house as possible. She also has a great understanding of the area and provided solid advice about pricing, marketing and negotiation strategies and anything we should know to get our house sold as quickly as possible at the best price. Lastly, she has been a comforting and reassuring presence - willing to listen to us share our stresses and frustrations and offer words of advice as we went through this big life event. This is the fourth home I have had to sell and I can say without a doubt that my experience with Betsy has been by far the best. Kathy Borys and her team are able to provide a ?One Stop Shop? for selling and buying a home. Kathy?s knowledge of the market and honest approach toward listing a house were definite strong points, since getting the house priced right to sell initially is essential during these economic times. Kathy and her team were also very helpful in staging and we thought that the MLS Listing truly captured and displayed our house remarkably. We were very pleased with their dedication to getting our house sold and keeping us continually informed on any feedback from open houses as well as any showings. In fact, we can?t recall having to ask for an update or feedback even once. In the end, we received a great offer and we were ecstatic. During the buying process they were very enduring, as we did view a large number of houses. Ultimately, we determined that building a custom house was the sure way to get the home we wanted. When it came to building, Kathy was able to not only provide us with builder recommendations, but also provide first hand knowledge of their work and even show us recently built homes. The lot we choose to negotiate on was priced much higher than current market value and Kathy did a great job in getting the lot negotiated down to a reasonable market price.In closing, we just wanted to say that we received a very professional and high level of quality service and dedication during both the selling and building process.
