Kathy Borys and her team are able to provide a ?One Stop Shop? for selling and buying a home. Kathy?s knowledge of the market and honest approach toward listing a house were definite strong points, since getting the house priced right to sell initially is essential during these economic times. Kathy and her team were also very helpful in staging and we thought that the MLS Listing truly captured and displayed our house remarkably. We were very pleased with their dedication to getting our house sold and keeping us continually informed on any feedback from open houses as well as any showings. In fact, we can?t recall having to ask for an update or feedback even once. In the end, we received a great offer and we were ecstatic. During the buying process they were very enduring, as we did view a large number of houses. Ultimately, we determined that building a custom house was the sure way to get the home we wanted. When it came to building, Kathy was able to not only provide us with builder recommendations, but also provide first hand knowledge of their work and even show us recently built homes. The lot we choose to negotiate on was priced much higher than current market value and Kathy did a great job in getting the lot negotiated down to a reasonable market price.In closing, we just wanted to say that we received a very professional and high level of quality service and dedication during both the selling and building process.
