Kathy is hard working, knowledgeable, steady, flexible, resilient, and ever available to her clients. She is a good communicator, has a good sense of humor and makes things happen when they need to. I am a minister and my wife a teacher. I received a call to a church in another state. After we moved, we had two 6 month contracts with two separate agents who were not helpful, to say the least. The first knew nothing about the market in Maryville, had us do work on the house that was not necessary and then had us Price the house way too high. Then she was non-responsive and nearly impossible to reach after the first month. But the second agent, David Talley was a real piece of work. He refused to speak to my wife and me in the evenings, the only time when were both available, he took money to pay for cleaning and yard work on the house that never took place, kept us from disclosing an issue with the house that sabotaged our only offer on the house, kept us from receiving the earnest money when those who signed backed out, and then blessed my wife out and quit. We moved here from out of state and initially researched homes online.
