Kasey definitely went above and beyond her job. 5 stars really isn?t enough to give to her. We found Kasey online as were open searching for houses. I first contacted her for a house that was not available. She took my search as her priority immediately. I was impressed! Kaseys excellence is really solid and consistent. As first time home buyers, we really couldn?t be happier that we went with such a helpful compassionate woman. Following are the things that I think Kasey has consistently exceeded: 1. Expertise - We all know that the quickest way to know a person?s level of knowledge is by asking tons of questions (I didn?t do it on purpose. It?s just what first home buyers do and me being myself). I couldn?t recall the specific questions that I?ve asked Kasey but I was very impressed every time when I got the response from her. Her expertise and timely response makes her really reliable. 2. Timely communication - Kasey has so many clients at hand but I was impressed that she was still able to respond to my emails and phone calls in a very timely manner. It?s not just about the delivery on time; it?s the accuracy of her response and the knowledge she has that really makes the whole home buying process smooth. 3. Care - This is where I really think Kasey went above and beyond. For example: The evening before closing, we were asked to do a final walk thru of now empty house. Kasey walked thru our backyard with me sharing her interest of plants & flowers. She took the extra time to explain what she knew and she shared her knowledge of the upkeep on what was in the yard. Surprisingly and gladly, she helped me to become interested in plants & flowers! ? Kasey has followed up with me during the entire process and then some! If we were rich enough to purchase a second house, Kasey will definitely be our first choice! She is definitely my highly recommended realtor!!!! Thank you so much Kasey!
