Glenn is a master of his craft. His organizational skills were superior to that of a seasoned professional. Hes an excellent negotiator with your best interests in mind and will not mislead you as hes a realist throughout the whole process. He navigated us through some troubled waters after a first buyer dropped out and immediately he had a second buyer ready to engage in the process in which he was successful in selling our property. Hes got a great sense of humor and was a pleasure to work with. Its fair to say I liked him both personally and professionally as he took our hurdles as challenges and displayed a level of confidence which brought comfort to us when at times things weren't looking good. He ended up being correct in every scenario that presented itself with his breadth of experience. He was easy to get in touch with and he also works autonomously on your behalf leaving you less worry in the process. There wasnt a time he wasnt reachable and I highly recommend him as professional that really cares about his clients and goes above and beyond. This guy has a good heart and will work hard on your behalf. We had things go sideways and Glenn didnt sweat once. We felt total confidence in him and complete trust which proved to be well deserved. We really enjoyed working with him and I HIGHLY recommend him to be engaged by you for his services. At times I felt maybe I was txting him too much but he has a high level of patience and his reassurances went a long way as the process wasnt as smooth as it typically is- nothing to do with Glenn just things that went wrong that Glenn was quick to arrive at the right solution and fast. Go with Glenn and dont look back, you cant get better communication, representation, professionalism, and hes a likable guy who really cares. He is someone who is passionate about his craft and loves what he does which you cannot ask for more. Go with Glenn and you wont be disappointed. He really worked hard for us and I cannot emphasize enough how important it is choosing the right person for such a big transaction. He was ALWAYS available by txt/phone. Great guy. Thanks Glenn so much for your hard work and care you put into our transaction with your dedicated professionalism, endless knowledge, and answering endless questions we had for you. Sometimes words are easy to find and sometimes theyre not. When it comes to selling a home youve built from scratch and lived in for over 36 years you need a knowledgeable person who will make you feel at ease with the sale and comfortable that youre ready and its time. Glenn was there from the beginning and before, during and through every detail of the sale of our home. He knew how to present the house, how to list and what the market was. He made the stress less, the anxiety go away and reassured us every step of the way! There are not enough superlatives to write to tell you what a truly great realtor he is! We were so fortunate that he also helped us with our new purchase. I can honestly say without him we would probably be still looking for the perfect house we want. He kept us abreast of every step and aware of every detail needed on both sale and purchase. I would give him 10 stars if I could. He never made you feel like just a customer.
