So when it comes to buying a new home that is easily one of the most stressful things you will experience in life! Especially when it is your first. Good thing we had Jody! From the get go Jody was on point, we wanted to look at one place she made it happen. We wanted to look at another she also made that happen with no questions asked! When it came to deciding on the home we wanted Jody was there to talk to us and help us through the process. If it were in person, email or text message! She was always available no matter what time it was.Jody also made sure that the things we asked the seller to accomplish were done in the proper manner in regards to what was safe for our home and family as well as the HOA we were joining.All in all she has gone above and beyond to help my family and I find the house we were looking for as well as making it enjoyable and less stressful then what we would have thought.
