My realtor in CT recommended we work with Sheryl as she is the best in the Sarasota area. And she certainly did not disappoint! Within 5 days of our first meeting, we were under contract for our dream vacation oasis. Sheryl was extremely helpful in guiding us toward the perfect location. She listened to our needs and only showed us properties that met those needs, so we weren't overwhelmed. In fact, we thought it would take several trips to Sarasota to even identify a property, but Sheryl knew the market and found us the perfect home!
