I talked to several realtors before I selected Joanne to help us sell our house. The thing that sold me was that she showed up for our first meeting with comps and several prepared net proceeds sheets at various price points. The comps were slightly off as she had not seen the home, but she bounced right back with new comps right away. When we first met the house was not quite ready to go on the market, but was close. We talked about and I took her recommendations on which modifications I should make to the property to help it sell quickly and at a good price. She was prepared and professional right off the bat. She wanted the listing and her prep and response got her the job. She knew of reliable contractors that I ended up using to do some of the work I did not want to tackle myself. The home was vacant and I live 70 miles away. Joanne helped out with keeping an eye on the place and doing minor jobs like emptying the dehumidifier. With Joanne's recommendations and my wife's keen eye for what looks good (I did all the work but I must give credit for the guidance!) the place had nice curb appeal and looked fantastic inside. The house went under agreement immediately, but the buyer was not really able to complete the transaction at the agreed upon price...not Joanne's fault as she was not representing any buyers in this transaction. We talked about it and agreed to let the deal fall through. The house went back on the market and went under agreement in two days at the listed price. The new buyers are great and the closing went without any issues. I give Joanne the highest possible recommendation. She helped out with any issues, knew all the right people to help in getting things done quickly, and went above and beyond to keep the entire transaction running smoothly.
